台灣產茶蠶蛾屬新種朱氏茶蠶蛾之描述

本文對台灣茶蠶蛾之分類歷史進行回顧，並確認中海拔1800公尺以上、過去亦鑑定為台灣茶蠶蛾的族群，據外觀、生殖器與終齡幼蟲差異為一新種，將其描述為朱氏茶蠶蛾（Andraca yauichui Wu & Chang, 2016）。新種種小名獻名給故 朱耀沂老師，以感謝其對台灣昆蟲界的巨大貢獻。

Abstract

A new endemic, montane species of the genus Andraca, A. yauichui sp. nov., in Taiwan is described. It can be separated well from a lower montane, notable tea tree pest A. theae (Matsumura, 1909), based on morphological characters of adult, e.g. larger wingspan size, head vertex white rather than brown, valval apex truncate rather than bifurcate, and final instar larva, e.g. the presence of a pair of white spot on lateral part of each abdominal segment and a distinct short anal horn rather than the absence of two characters. The subgeneric placement of this new species in Andraca is also discussed.

本文章描述兩種取食台灣山毛櫸的舟蛾科新種，分別為太平山胯舟蛾 Syntypistis taipingshanensis Wu & Hsu sp. n. 與沈氏夙舟蛾 Pheosiopsis seni Wu & Hsu sp. nov.。兩者之已知最近緣種皆分布於中國南部山區，前種已知僅分布於宜蘭太平山山毛櫸林，後種分布於太平山與新竹鳥嘴山山毛櫸林，而其種小名由作者獻名給林業試驗所六龜分所故 沈勇強主任，以紀念其對台灣舟蛾科幼生期研究的貢獻。

Abstract

Two new Fagus-feeding notodontids, i.e. Syntypistis taipingshanensis Wu & Hsu sp. n. and Pheosiopsis seni Wu & Hsu sp. n. are recently discovered from the relic Fagus forests in northeastern Taiwan. Based on the genitalia structures, the closely relatives of two new species are S. melana Wu & Fang, 2003 and P. albalienata Kishida & Kobayashi, 2005, respectively, both occurring in the Fagus forests of Southern China.
